1. Size Exchanges
Kakatiya Uniforms offers a hassle-free size exchange process. If a uniform does not fit correctly upon delivery, you can request a size exchange through WhatsApp or by visiting our Hanumakonda store. Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.
2. Exchange Process
To initiate a size exchange:
- Contact our support via WhatsApp at +91 85200 88870 with your order details
- Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached
- Visit our Hanumakonda store or arrange a pickup for the exchange
3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
Custom embroidered items, altered garments, and items showing signs of wear or washing may not be eligible for exchange. Please contact us for specific queries.
4. Refunds
